'Under The Blue Moon' is a reference to the artist's loft studio where the album was conjured. A place with array of hardware equipment and instruments that lurk under a dim neon glow, carefully interconnected like the laboratory of a demon scientist.
A dozen exploratory tracks of modular black magic, time signature liberation and synth 'scapism is what we've got here. Hopes, dreams, fears, crisis and all the rises and falls of artistry, haunt and hi-jack MTF's "Blue Moon" studio sessions. Limbo is our place for variety in uncertainty, and with this album MTF has embodied Limbo with a new fierceness.

On a technical note, although textured with plenty of analogue grit, this dabbling in technoid scuttling and jungle break side-stepping has a clarity that shows years of studious experience on the buttons. Here is a producer who has absorbed everything from the murkiest low, to the most ecstatic high and makes listener witness it all in heart-on-sleeve definition.
